Do I need a doctor’s referral before doing a test?
For most tests, a referral is preferred to ensure the appropriate investigation is done. However, walk-in clients are also welcome, and our medical team can help recommend suitable tests based on your symptoms.
How long does it take to get my test results?
Most routine blood and urine tests are ready within 24 hours, while some specialized tests may take longer. Ultrasound and ECG results are usually available same day.
Do I need to fast before my test?
Some tests, such as fasting blood sugar or lipid profile, require you to fast for 8–12 hours. Our team will inform you ahead of time if any preparation is needed.
Is ultrasound scanning safe?
Yes. Ultrasound is a non-invasive, radiation-free imaging technique and is safe for pregnant women, children, and all adults.
How accurate are your test results?
We maintain strict quality control and use modern diagnostic equipment operated by trained professionals to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
Are your diagnostic services available every day?
Yes. Our lab and imaging departments operate Mondays to Saturdays, with limited emergency support available on Sundays and public holidays.
